BUILDING PERFECTION REQUIRES PROJECT MANAGEMENT

With more than 20 years experience we have seen many projects. Successful build to perfection requires project management.

Project management is about making sure that the correct trades people are on your project. Making sure they understand the design and what is required from them. In the event that an alteration is required due to unforeseen issues there is someone making sure that the alternative method will not be detrimental to the over all design concept, nor the quality of the build.

Elfra was fantastic. Helped through every stage of the the design and construction stage. Her dedication, professionalism and creativity was second to none. Definitely was a pleasure to work with and Highly recommend her.

We decided to expand our business by opening stores in shopping centres. I engaged the services of Elfra Nugent to design the new concept and interior layout of our new stores.

Elfra proofed to be creative in bringing a fresh approach to the branding of the stores. We found her open to explore options and her communication and cooperation with the RDM’s, private certifiers and engineers facilitated in making the hole process running smooth. She has remarkable skills in space planning. Helping us to maximise the use of real estate.

I am delighted with the outcome of our new stores and continue to use her services.

I highly recommend her.

Elfra designed the entire renovation of our 3 storey terrace home in Paddington NSW from our initial concepts right through to final detail drawings for the builder including shadow diagrams, engaging structural engineers, cabinetry details, BASIX, finishing schedules, scope of works and all the onerous requirements of our local council for the DA which included developing heritage impact statements and environmental impact statements. All of the builders who quoted our project commented “We’ve never had this much detail provided before”. The upfront costs during design have paid big dividends for us during the renovation.
