CONCEPT DESIGN
Expressing proposed design solutions through sketches 3D imagery and mood imagery and creating a dialogue with client.
Establish an initial program
Liaise with local Authorities/site owners

FULL DOCUMENTED DRAWINGS AND SCHEDULES
Detailed drawings showing multi-purpose spaces and their functions including: Location plan; demolition plan; partition plan; and reflected ceiling plan
Develop finishes and interior architecture
Coordinate consultant services
Review design details for ease of construction costs
Construction Certificate
Submission of CC to Authorities
